These terms explain the practical boundaries for using True Par. They are intended to make golf more understandable, not to replace your judgement or course rules.
Provider
True Par is owned and provided by Origin Golf Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17014781. Its registered office is 82a James Carter Road, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. Bermond Studio Ltd develops, maintains and publishes the app through its developer accounts on Origin Golf Ltd's behalf. For service or legal questions, contact support@yourtruepar.com.
Use of the app
True Par is a golf scoring and GPS aid for recreational scoring, practice and performance tracking. You remain responsible for local course rules, competition rules and official score submissions.
GPS, course data and guidance
Yardages, maps, tee data, green coordinates and scorecard information can be inaccurate, unavailable or delayed. Round analysis, first-tee focus and other guidance are based on available data, can be incomplete or inaccurate and are not guaranteed professional instruction. Use your judgement on the course.
Subscriptions
True Par Plus may unlock premium features including history, AI round analysis, advanced statistics, course memory, shot and club tracking, watch access, goals, course notes and exports. Every member receives 21 days of Plus access from their original account creation date without starting a subscription. When that access ends, the standard free plan resumes unless you choose to subscribe. You may optionally subscribe during the free period; billing starts immediately if you do. Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play; the applicable store shows the price and renewal terms before purchase.
Coaching services
A verified coach may offer free or pilot services through True Par. In-person lesson arrangements are made directly with the coach. Coach availability, advice and results are their own professional service and are not guaranteed by True Par.
Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or exploit another person; submit illegal, hateful, sexual, abusive or infringing content; spam users; misuse the app; attempt to access another person’s data; reverse engineer protected services; scrape provider data; or break applicable laws or platform rules. We may restrict or remove accounts, content or coaching access to protect users and the service.
