Delete your account

You can always decide to leave True Par.

Request account deletion

If you can sign in, you can delete your account in the app:

  1. Open True Par and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings, then choose the delete-account control.
  3. Follow the confirmation steps in the app.

Account deletion removes your login, user-owned cloud records and private media. Limited safety, fraud, transaction or legal records may be retained where required. Deleting the app also removes guest data held only on your device.

If you cannot sign in or have uninstalled True Par, you can still request deletion without reinstalling. Email support@yourtruepar.com ↗ with the subject “True Par account deletion request”. Tell us the email address used for your account so we can verify ownership before processing your request.

Deleting your True Par account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage any subscription in your store account to stop future billing.
